A movement class to improve mobilty & create deep release
We start with some somatic movement to bring us out of thinking and into feeling , then head down to the mat where Yin Yoga’s long holds meet the precision of spinal alignment, myofascial release with massage balls, and Trigger Point Pilates. Using TCM-inspired techniques this class guides you into stillness—where breath meets release, and meditation becomes motion.
Good to know
Cancel 2 days or more before the start and whatever you used comes back: a pass gets its session back, an allowance resets, a card payment becomes account credit. Later than that the place is freed but nothing comes back.
