Restorative aerial yoga, swim , sauna and food
We’ll begin with a swim and sauna, letting the contrast between heat and cold take relax the body and calm the mind, allowing ourselves to arrive in our bodies and release any stresses and copncerns then head up to the Koselig cabin for a restorative aerial yoga session , using the hammock to gently support the body as you open the heart, release tension, and experience the sweet feeling of being held. Slow, mindful movement and longer supported shapes .
The combination of aerial support invites deep nervous-system settling and a spacious, open-hearted sense of ease.
